Our Programs
Age Groups
KZN Hoop
Entry-level program focused on introducing young athletes to basketball fundamentals. Sessions cover dribbling, passing, shooting mechanics, and basic court awareness in a fun and encouraging environment.
KZN Elite
Intermediate program for players ready to elevate their game. Sessions focus on advanced skills, positional play, game IQ, and competitive development with a higher intensity environment.

What to Expect
Registration
Fill out the registration form on our contact page. Our coach will reach out to confirm your spot and provide session details.
What to Bring
Athletic shoes, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. A basketball is recommended but not required — we have equipment available.
Drop-off & Pick-up
Sessions run for 1 hour. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. Please ensure timely pickup at the end of each session.

FAQ
No equipment purchase is required to join. Athletic shoes and comfortable clothing are all you need. We recommend bringing your own basketball as you progress, but we have equipment available at sessions.
None. Both programs welcome players of all skill levels. Coach Manucat works with each athlete individually to meet them where they are.
